Any lender will want to verify you will be able to pay the mortgage and the other expenses. So some kind of income will be needed unless you buy a property all cash.

I agree, great school district that well hold it value well especially with Hawthorne’s market being on fire right now.

Good Day everyone, I just got a new listing for an OYO property in Long Beach. Anyone have any experience in dealing with them? I did find one lender that specializes in them but might have to deal only with an all cash buyer. Thanks.
