Hey, my name is Charlie and I'm currently looking for others interested in networking especially in the Phoenix, AZ area as I am new to real estate and have been in the state for less than a year.  highly motivated, very driven.  Looking to do creative solutions real estate specifically in little or no down for my current situation.  But would like to expand to house hacking, and multi-family.   With an goal of being able to buy and hold large apartment complexes.  I am currently reading a chapter a day, and watching a podcast a week to further improve my knowledge in real estate.
