Hello everyone!
My name is Charlie and I have begun researching fixing and flipping homes. A friend recommended this page and I have been looking through and absorbing as much information as I can.

I live on the Eastern Shore, specifically near Salisbury, MD and I'm interested in building a fix and flip business on the side and then eventually make it a full time job. I have some experience in rehabbing my own fixer upper but other than that I have not invested in real estate before.

I'm still working on narrowing down which location I want to focus on, who to include in my team, and how to gain financing to begin. I've been reading through the book on flipping houses and searching this website and am slowly but surely gaining more knowledge and confidence to begin. I'm just trying to fight off the analysis paralysis but also not jump into something to early and potentially make a huge mistake.

I'm really happy to join this community and looking forward to continuing to read through the many posts and articles! Thank you to everyone who contributes here and helps those of us who are new to learn!
