hi everyone.. am interested in investing on duplex or even a triplex to live in one unit and rented the others. But don't know which step should I do first, should I start looking for duplex/triplex properties?? Or should I apply for mortgage first to finance the property? Like I said before don't know anything about real state.. I need some help..thx

hi guys... name is charles.. 37yrs old and father of two..am from Toronto Canada..am a newbie here in BP.. It's great to be here..I have no money or no experience about real state business but I have a burning desire of being financial independent. But I know working in the factory (night shift) as a general labour will not get me any where. I just need a little or maybe big help from BP and from the people here in BP to gain knowledge about real state investing..just don't know to get started..
