Hello everyone! I was sent here by my friend, Justin who is in the real estate game here in the Tampa Bay Area. Love this area of Florida! I've been a resident here for about 9 years and I'm just getting started in wholesaling, fix and flips, and look forward to doing buy and holds. My goal is to learn, learn, learn! Passionate about this business and excited to get out and do this. I have 18 years in customer service, 4 of those in law enforcement and I love talking to people and getting a good deal on Anything I purchase. I've owned well over 30 cars. Many of those I flipped for profit. I also worked for many months last year wholesaling motorcycles for a business. I've listened to quite a few podcasts so far, and I stated before; I'm passionate and excited about this! My long-term goal would be to work with several investors in the area and eventually have my own business owning several rental income properties here in the TBA and in my home state of Indiana.
