Hi Bob, Welcome as well. I'm from WC also . I did (poorly) buy and hold properties about 15 years ago . Looking now to get back into RE in a different way. Doing my due diligence . For all the hype and TV shows I believe there is still serious money to be made. I've done my research , matching grantors and grantees at Recorder of Deeds office. Seeing what properties were sold for at Sheriff sale and 3-4-6 months down the road what they sold them for .Tired of seeing the same names on the Sheriffs website. The deals are out there.
