I'm somewhat new to BP...so I will seek to understand the rules and regulations that govern the message boards. If anyone from BP can contact me... I'd love that. How do I tip toe the line between trying to accomplish something and breaking the rules... that would be my question. Am I on the wrong forum? Am I being laughed at right now?? hahahahaaa.... what?

I had the most amazing CPA you could ever imagine in New York City. I think he wore cut off jean shorts... but he knew tax law, and he knew how to structure an entity, and he was loyal.... That's what I'm looking for here.... but how do I not get blocked by the rules?

Thank you, to anyone who can help.

We are looking for a reliable and knowledgable CPA for our 3 entities. We are a Custom Home Builder, A Design House, and we are Real Estate Investors. We want a CPA that we can trust and rely on for years to come. We prefer a smaller shop vs. a big public shop.

Any recommendations?
