Thanks Bill for the response. It is actually not close to any new construction and $1,450 came from the rentometer.com. The bathrooms and kitchen are all pretty updated. I know the listing agent on this and it went UC within 2 days with multiple offers above asking price.

What are your thoughts on this flyer? Home is currently UC.
