@Matthew Crivelli of course! My agent is showing the ropes on the math from purchase price to the ARV and the difference of the cost in between and also I have a friend who's a millionaire who does fix and flips mentoring me the way as well. My dad is contractor and specializes in remodeling homes who can also give me a quote on repair cost. I own to business that produces almost 7 figures in sales so I feel like I got some tools in hand to take this risk

Hello, this is my first rodeo on investing in a run down house, my Amex gold business card approved me to spend 120k and I got approved for a line of credit for 50k. This will be used for repair cost and down payment

Any advices going forward? Am I on the right track?
