Hi everyone,

I've bought a condo two years ago, and I was always renting it with a realtor. 

As you know, the realtor commission is 10%, but now I want to be able to rent it by myself so I won't have to pay the 10% fees considering the fact that I've always found my tenant, they never came through the realtor.

I already know how to find a tenant, but I don't really know how to do a thourough screening process. I'm not american, so I don't  know all the "trick' when it comes to check someone in the US. I'm considering to do a real estate online course in order to know everything about renting my property. Do you have any recommendations about which online class whould I take ? I really want to be prepare to do that in a professional way !

Also, I know I will have to take a lawyer to make the lease agreement and contract to lease. Apart from that, should I be aware of anything else ?
