I am a fairly new agent and am struggling to find sellers. I am the only agent at my brokerage so the marketing is obviously not as heavy as bigger brokerages. So far I have dealt with nothing but buyers and a lot of tire kickers. I know this is a long shot but what are some strategies everyone uses to find leads?
