Hey! I’m a newbie investor in the Richmond Virginia area. I’m still working my 40 hour W2 job and it’s just not fulfilling AT ALL! I know what I want and how I want to do it but there’s of course bills to be paid in the mean time. With that said, I figure if I’m going to have to work anyway, I would much rather work to add value to myself and someone else.

I am not a contractor or a “handy man”  BUT, I do know how to swing a hammer, I can follow instructions, I can lay carpet, tile, replace faucets, clean, paint, landscape, put lock boxes on doors, run contracts, answer emails/phone calls, basically ANYTHING  every investor needs done. For me it’s not about making a ton of money doing this obviously. Like I said, the bills have to get paid on the way to my first deal, if I’m going to trade hours for dollars, I’d rather trade those hours to an environment that will not only build my knowledge of what it really takes to take a deal from beginning to end, but also build a relationship that could last me well into my career.

So if there’s any way I can add value to you and your business PLEASE don’t hesitate to respond to this post or direct message me!

Thanks for reading,

Chaz Edwards
