Hey everyone:)

I am planning to buy a single house in Clevelend in BRRR startegy with a partner (we both have good credit scores around 780). Together we plan to buy a single house and after that to refinance and buy more. My question is, how can I get better refinance terms: with an LLC or as a private person. And if it's as a private person- can we buy together a house if we are partners and not a couple?

Thank you

Hey everyone,

I am planning to invest in Milwaukee this upcoming 2 months, Buy and Hold with 85K after all the costs (Duplex or single).

I have been checking those neighberhoods:

Harambee + wiliamsberg, Silver spring, Licoln Creek, Licoln Park, Thurston Wood, Clark Squere ,Mcgovern, Whal Park, Hampton Heights, Rufus King, Uptown.

I am trying to focus on the 3-5 most interesting neighberhoods to move forward and invest at the begining in one and than more..

Which do you think are the most relevant for my strategy?

Thank you:)

Hey everyone,

I am 35 years old and planning to focus on real estate in this upcoming years after gaining around 150K dollars. I am looking to buy and hold properties and debating which city to invest in in the upcoming years.
My focus will be on rental properties and areas that have good potential for value increase.
I am debating between Indianapolis, Columbus and Milwaukee.
Which one can you recommend?

Any advice/ideas would be greatly appreciated:)
