Yes I did close a 4 unit apartment with them back in March 2019. Adrian Mathai was my rep. Very reliable, honest and responded very quickly. Will recommend them to anyone willing to close on any deal.

@Andrew Smith am in delaware and there are several area where you can get 30 to 40m properties cash flowing 1000 to 1200 / month in rent. Easy financing for properties are also available
