Hello I am new to all of this however I am thinking about wholesaling real-estate any advice on how to get started I have been reading all the material here on the bigger pockets site and other sites. I know it is not going to be easy and that it takes a lot of hard work which I am not afraid and I am excited about the different challenges it will bring I have also thought about getting my real-estate license but am not sure if this is something that could help me along the way any thoughts on this would be more than welcomed. Once again I am excited about being a part of the bigger pockets community and welcome any advice from all of you Thanks!
