Hey thanks for the welcome as I get more comfortable I am sure I will be able to contribute and help others as you all have. I am in the tarrant county market; Fort Worth, Arlington, and Grand Prairie area.  I have an additional question, can anyone recommend a couple of good investor friendly Tittle companies that will do double escrow or simultaneous closings for wholesaling deals.

Hello BP Fam

I am a buy and hold investor and currently developing the wholesale side of the business. 

sounds like the sub2 is the way to go if I can find a competent tittle company that understands or is not affraid of creative financing. Are there any on BP?

Can both of these strategies be used in Texas, I know Texas doesn't allow certain kind of transactions. Are these one of them? Does anyone have a tittle company in the DFW area that is familiar with these translations that I can contact. .

If you have mortage in Texas that is less than the property value, can you owner finance that property to someone else while maintaining that mortgage. If so, can someone recommend a tittle company?
