@Ika Sargeant I will try to check out some more. That’s great that you have a real estate background. I know that’s got to help you with the investing aspect. I’ve noticed the prices have increased as well. I was interested in Baltimore with the brrrr strategy. What do you think about the Baltimore area? Where have you invested so far?

Hi everyone, my name is Chioma and I am new to real estate investing scene. I am currently a PA and would like to focus on the BRRR strategy. I am interested in the Maryland, D.C and Virginia areas. I have been lurking around on the bigger pockets forums for a while and decided to join the community. I am here to soak up all the information I can receive from this community as well as make connections. With rei, my goal is to achieve financial freedom but also acquire all the knowledge I can so I can be able to help others in my community. I've been to a couple of meetups in my area but they ended being groups trying to sell me their products. If you happen to know of any in the area, I would gladly take suggestions.
