Thanks so much for your feedback! I most defiantly understand the position a poor management team can potentially place you and your owners in by not committing to the fullness of their investment. I admire your hard work and drive to protect your owner's investments as I too commit to that same drive. It's the love for this business that keeps everything afloat, not money. Treating all homes as if they were my very own is the key to a successful portfolio for me.

My name is Terri. I have been in the property management industry for years and I have been allowed the opportunity to branch off to start my own company.
