I'm going to be really honest, I'm not sure. I've been kind of all over the place when it comes to specific properties. I've look into flipping mobile homes and SFH, but ultimate goal is to own rental properties with many units. A four plex would be nice start. As for what I can provide for a partner, I'm not sure. I was hoping you can help me get started in the right direction. I currently have little to none money to start. I am a recent college grad but in my 30s and was planning to work 2 jobs to build some capital, but if a partner can help me financially. That would be helpful

I know you may hear this a lot. I'm new to real estate investing, but super interesting in starting this new journey. How do you get a person to partner for the first property? Do some agree to 50/50 on profits and losses or does the percentage change even if they provide 100 percent of the finances for the property. Please let me know how you went about proposing to potential partners for your first property or any property I guess. If they were family, were the deals different. So, any help to get me started is much appreciated.
