Are you by any university’s and are you trying to market to students?

 That’s not true, there are a ton of young professionals who would rather pay 50% of what they would pay on their own and share a house

I think it’s COVID.  I rent by the room and the responses to my marketing has dropped at least 70%

Involving the township is a bad idea.  They are going to tear you apart for this.

I would ask your tenants for the permit for the work, when they can’t provide one, ask them nicely to put it back the way it was, because it’s now an insurance liability and you can’t have them live in the house with this work done
