@Patrice Penda  that’s exactly how I felt. Thanks for the booster!!  I asked already but the actual lease agreement will be disclosed at attorney review as per my broker.  And the expense report should be coming tomorrow!!

Silly question but I must ask:

I am placing an offer on a 2 family home without seeing one of the apartments. Obviously the home inspection will leave room for negotiations (hopefully).  Besides the information from the home inspection, I would want to see the existing lease agreement, home exspenses, and any other information that would make a better budget decision. 

The question:

Do I have to wait for attorney review to get that information?

How would you go about structuring a seller fianance? Or better yet how do you approach that option with a seller that only knows and understands traditional financing? And make it a win win situation?
