I agree that it does not matter. I had the same issue when first moving here. I went with a Luxury Broker in Venice and paid half of my commissions for very little services. I'm now in Fort Myers with a broker who charges a lot less and provides more support. And the name hasn't affected buyers at all. There are so many agents i don't think most of them pay attention to who the broker is.

Hello, Quick question for lenders out there - If a client has great credit, 20% down, but no income, can they use the rental income from one side of a duplex to purchase the property and live in the other side? Or will most lenders want them to also have W-2/1099 income?

Hello, I am a licensed broker looking to join a group of other brokers/agents in SWFL. I took a break from selling investment properties to produce tv series for HGTV.
