Sorry I hit send on accident without proof reading it so I apologize in advance for the grammar and spelling mistakes
So just looking for some possible local advice. I know I have posted here before looking for opinions on course and such and different things to do but I feel like it doesn't matter what classes I take I need to truly just get my feet wet in the real estate world and learn the ins and out of it and there's no better way of doing that then to do it. With that being said I am going to be getting my real estate license. With that being said it seems like everyone I talk to In my area tell me it's a flooded market that everyone and their mom are real estate agents. Just wondering if anyone knows how true that is for my area in Charleston South Carolina. Also looking for a possible agency to be apart of that's willing to show me the ropes and take the time to help me learn as this will be new for me. Thanks in advance

So I have been doing some research looking for programs/classes to take advantage of and I posted in here but never really got any answers from anyone. Long story short I came across a guy by the name of Nate Barger with the BRRR Academy looking for reviews and opinions on it and if it's worth the price. Really the only other one that I've seen is the Grant Cardone stuff. Any ideas would be awesome

Hey all!!! This group have given me some really solid advice already so I want to ask this. Is there any kinda class you may recommend or know about to help you get started into your investing journey. Like there are so many different routes you can take I understand that but I would like to know more about the brrr method and things in general as far as getting started. Also if there are any local mentors in my area who would be willing and interested in helping me out I also am connected to Michigan as well!

Just wondering how people manage out of state investments or do you prefer in your state. Also looking for info on how you manage apartments and if you feel they are good investments and info on how to figure out if it's a good deal or not
Hey Patrick, I’m actually with St. John’s fire department on John’s Island. But thank you for the information I will look into this as well!!
Thank you Jason. Any chance we could connect? I’m all ears on this. As I said before I’m just trying to figure out the right path for me. New to this industry and would love to hear more from you and start building a new network for myself. Thanks for the information. I will definitely look into it!!
Currently I am a first responder firefighter/EMT. I have never bought a house before currently renting. But as everyone knows we don’t make much for the job we do. I have a beautiful wife with 2 beautiful daughters and my newborn son. Looking to create an opportunity for them as well as financial freedom for both me and my wife so we don’t miss out on important moments in their lives. Cut out the typical 9-5 well for me it’s 48-96 but also give us a security. I have alway been passionate about real estate as I use to own my own property maintenance company but I was always to scared to actually pull the trigger because I always feel like I don’t know enough or have the right support. I am afraid to let my family down as my children look to me for guidance. Looking for any and everything that this community/program can provide and even possibly a mentor to help me make the big scary first step. Can’t wait for what’s to come!!!!
