I would like to do flips, and maybe rentals when the time comes. Also where specifically should I look to findout if I can check on the equity of a home? I live in Oklahoma if anyone knows off the top of their head.

Im looking for tips etc on how to start into investing. Im 20 years old with no credit. I also have only around 5k saved up. What kinda $$ am I looking at to get started on my first house? Thanks alot
