Hi all,

I am a young professional in Manhattan with ~$40k liquid to begin my investing adventure. I'm hoping the community can provide me with any tools/tips they're willing to share when it comes to forming an LLC to buy, owning and managing a property, etc.

I already have a realtor to assist with the process, as well as banking connections to secure a mortgage, I am simply unsure of the best way to start this process.
