Hi All , New To BP ,  Self employed residential GC , looking to get into fix and flips , 

looking to increase my knowledge regarding ;wholesaling ,

subject 2 and creative financing, 

and to network with like minded investors in my area.

I had a couple questions,

 how many are you doing a year and what kind of financing are you using .

also is this an above average return or would it be typical for this kind of project
