Post: Loans for IRA owned LLCs

I am a new investor. I have an LLC set up under my IRA giving me access to the IRA money as a funding source. The IRA is the member with 100% ownership and I am the manager. This allows me to use IRA money to invest in rental properties. I bought a rental a few weeks back and am looking to do a cash out refinance so I can go buy another property. I am finding that portfolio lenders don't like to work with LLCs owned by an IRA. Looking for suggestions on where to find lenders who will work with this situation or other creative solutions to get the cash out for another deal. I am in the Dallas area.
