Hi, I'm looking for a contractor or a handyman (that can handle a full remodel) in Phoenix, AZ. I'm looking at lower end finishes (ARV is around $165K), but I need flooring, kitchen cabinets/countertops, 2 showers installed/tiled, exterior doors and windows, and a laundry closet build out. Please contact me if you are interested (or if you are an investor with a good referral). Thanks!

I just wanted to take a second and introduce myself here on the forums.  My name is Chris Eley and I'm an fix-n-flipper/investor in Phoenix, AZ.  I've been secretly lurking on the forums for the past year or so, taking in as much information as I can (along with the amazing podcasts!).  I haven't done a ton of deals yet, but have successfully flipped the last 2 houses my wife and I have lived in (one was a foreclosure, one was owned by an absentee owner).  I also closed on my first deal (that we're not living in) at the end of November, so I'm currently rehabbing that home.  I'll be sure to post results/experience after it's sold.

My goal is to be able to quit my day job and do this full time, I just wasn't made to be an accountant working at a desk all day!  I want to keep fix-n-flipping and to pick up around 5 to 10 rental properties in the next few years.  I also do my own marketing, so I may have some deals come through from time to time that I may be able to wholesale to other investors.

I'd really like to connect with a few other successful flippers/investors in Phoenix.  I haven't had much luck networking at the monthly AZREIA meeting, so maybe my luck will be better here!
