Not sure for Essa I haven't really checked into their lending. Merchant told me that they will refi a commercial loan with no wait period
We use merchant bank for our loans. I also have an account with Essa but haven't tried their lending. Both have been easy to deal with. What kind of property are you looking for?

I am currently under contract on our first rehab property that we plan to brrrr. What would make the most of the appraisal? What do they typically look for? We are redoing the kitchen and bathroom and all flooring and windows plus paint. Are there any tricks to getting the most out it? Thank you!

Is anyone on here a realtor or property manager or have any experience with Scranton pa? My wife and I live in Easton and are interested in checking out Scranton for rentals. My wife went to college there so she knows the town pretty well. I would definitely be interested in renting to students and I am curious on how the rest of the city's market is. Thank you

Hello everyone, my wife and I just closed on our first deal this afternoon. A fully renovated 2 bedroom one bath row house in Easton pa. We are planning to buy a few buy and holds to supplement our income over the next few years. We are looking for a small project to take on next but mls is pretty dry here this year and nothing has come up that the numbers make sense to me yet. Our realtor is pretty confident that our house should rent very quickly so we can start building up our funds to move on to the next project!
Doug R. My wife and I love rincon and would eventually love to purchase a vacation rental there that we can use during vacancies. Are there reliable management companies in that area?
I went to a local real estate investor meet up and there was a rep from finance of America. Their rates seem decent and they seem to have decent lines of credit but I was curious if anyone has dealt with them. Good? Bad? Thank you!

Thanks for the replies. Looking forward to getting started. Are there any bigger pockets meet ups in the Lehigh valley area? I would love to meet people that are involved in real estate so I can get some guidance.
