My future wife wanted to know what kind of ring I was going to get her. I told her I’d get whatever she wanted but it would delay us getting married proportionally to how much it costed. I second John’s comment. All monies have to go through your broker. To the best of my knowledge there’s nothing illegal about assigning a contract or wholesaling in Florida.

Smartkey from Kwikset, they have them at Home Depot.  Key all of the doors with the same key every time you turn a unit.  You can rekey an entire house in 1 minute. 

It means you're not charging enough.  

Gotta love the liberal renter friendly laws in the NE.  No wonder everybody is moving.
