I found this post while trying to formulate my own business plan, and wanted to follow-up with you to see if you ever formed your plan? Where are you in your current plan, and has your plan changed since you originally created this post?

I am in the process of writing my business plan and forming my big Y. Would some of you be willing to share your business plan with me? I am just having a hard time getting started, and looking for some ideas. Thanks in advance!

Looking at the market place section of the site I found the foreclosure property listings, but you have to pay to see all the information. Is it worth it? Or are all these properties already on the MLS?

Im still in the early stages, I am looking to start and establish my core 4 team members. I would like to start with a good PM that also invests, and that also works with their renters to analyze deals and provide guidance/insight on the markets. Renters warehouse is one of the few companies I know specialize in PM, in my area. Does anyone have any experience using them? Any recommendations?
