Hi @Shane Barone, did you manage to get your direct marketing mail working in Germany?

My research led me to BiggerPockets and I was enthusiastic about this platform from the very beginning. The different opinions and experiences, whether positive or negative, are really inspiring and help me a lot to take the first concrete steps in the real estate industry. I personally hope to meet like-minded people from BiggerPockets, to be able to exchange ideas about real estate investments in general and to build up a network.

I am currently trying to find the most suitable investment strategy for me and the European market. To date, I have been preparing myself for the acquisition of medium-sized rental apartments. After intensive information gathering here on BiggerPockets, however, i am no longer sure whether this is the most suitable strategy to really grow in the long term.

I would really appreciate it if I could talk to you guys about my plans in more detail and to hear your opinion. Maybe there is even someone who would like to gain a foothold in the European real estate market as well. 

In particular, I would be very interested in @Ken Breeze plans, in creating an European BiggerPockets community.
