I'm looking to build a list of General Contractors in the Orlando Market that you have had success with. I have a project coming where I'm going to have around 10 or so deals going on at once with more after and I need a general contractor that can do good work. I need to build the list and have meetings with these contractors by the end of April. Anyone who has done rehabs in the central Florida area and had success I would appreciate if you could tell me who you have used. I appreciate all the post on this site! It has been a wealth of information for me.

Hello! I want to thank everyone in advance for sharing their knowledge on this forum.

I am a realtor from Orlando, Fl. I am a traditional agent. However, I have been working with investors, distressed properties, and a small bit of commercial for a few years now.

After working with investors I have received the itch to start making my own real estate investments.

I plan to start with a flips to bring in some cash and my goals are to create a portfolio of rental properties.
