I'm a new investor starting out in the Central Florida area. I have a couple of question that I hope that I can get answered. Firts thing; what are the best area in Central Florida to look for house to flip and get the best and fastest turn around? Second; I'm looking for investors, I have put addes out. I have gone to the local Real Estate Investor meeting. I have made up Business card and have started to had them out. I'm creating a wed page. I have started a facebook page. I know that investors don't just wear a name Tag that just says "take my money" How have other people met investors? I'm working on a hard money loan. Was it just word of mouth on how you found investors? What other step did you have to take to find one? Does anyone have a good general contracter that they have used before in the Central Florida area? Also looking for a good realitor. Thanks for all the help

My name is Chris, I'm new to investing. I'm trying to learn all that I can.I will be fixing and flipping house. Then I plan on starting on the rental side of it. I'm currenting looking how to get investor so I can get this off the ground. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
