Whats up Bigger Pockets community! My name is Chris Padilla, im 25 years old and recently got introduced and offered an oppurtunity to invest in buying and saleing homes. I know little to nothing about the real estate buisness but am taking the next few months to shadow my friend Mike and hopefully do a few deals together. Im extremely excited and nervous all at the same time. Like Brandon Turner said in his video it feels like im jumping off a cliff at times but i know its a slow uphill process that takes time. Patience is the key. I was born in Gainesville, Fl raised in lil ol Cape Coral, Fl. Well not really its kinda big lol. I look forward to meeting new people along the way and building relationships in the process. God Bless
