So I’m thinking of ways to maximize house hacking with a family. If I get an owner occupied loan could I live outside my side in an rv and and short term rent out my side on Airbnb?
Is there any certain guidelines I have to follow and are you even allowed to do that?

Hey guys,
My name is Chris, I’m new to bp and real estate Investing. I live in the Nashville area which is where I want to start investing into multi family units. I don’t have any real estate experience.I’m currently building my credit and using books, bp, and podcast to educate myself. I’m all In on the journey so I’m interested in meetups and networking with people to expand my knowledge as much as possible. Any advice or guidance is helpful.
