Hi,
I'm from Australia. I formed LLC in Delaware in 2015 in hoping to invest.
It is just too much work and too many uncertainty.
I like to call it quit.
Do I need to dissolve my LLC company properly?
What is the implication to me if I do not resolve it since I'm in Australia and would not think I will living or doing any business in US?
If I should to dissolve it, what is the correct procedure? Thanks
