I am in a 50/50 partnership over a duplex in Idaho. My partner and I are not married but have been together for 8 years. We bought the duplex and rented it out to two of my childhood friends. My partner is now sleeping with one of them. This situation is disturbing my enjoyment of the property. I want to evict him. Is this enough of a cause? Do I even need a cause to evict with a month to month tenant? NOTE: I spoke with an attorney, he says she can’t stop my decision to evict.
