Thanks for the responses! Our CEO has been in RE investment for almost 20 years. Even though our headquarters are in Austin, Mr. Wong, our CEO is especially familiar and comfortable with the Southern California market and has had much success in the region.

Since we are now participating in some of the larger government sponsored transactions and will be working with a higher volume of inventory, I'll be reaching out to asset and property managers out there.

I work for a RE investment firm in Austin Texas. Lately our target markets for SFR acquisitions have been in Southern California, specifically Los Angeles/Riverside area. We participate in some of the larger government sponsored transactions.

I'd love to expand my existing network of brokers, agents, and property management in that market.
