This is great information! Although it shows not many multi’s are being sold, most of them are smaller. I appreciate the work you did to put this together. Thank you.

Currently I design kitchens and do kitchen remodels for my company. I love what I do and am looking for more to do since it can take 1-2 months before I get paid (I don’t get paid until the cabinets are installed or the job is complete).
I would like to talk to someone in property management or another real estate related avenue. If you know someone and could send me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. I live in the southern NH area and don’t mind driving up to an hour and a half for a good opportunity!
Thanks!

Happy Easter everyone! I finished up my first 360-degree kitchen design (Click link to view-https://panorama.2020.net/view... ) with realistic lighting. I should say as realistic as I could make the lighting. I would say the lighting is the hardest part of making it realistic.
Anyway, I wanted to reach out to see what people think of this. Instead of giving someone a regular picture of a design, we can use the 360-degree rendering for a better visual, in most cases. Is this something that you might like to see when making kitchen design decisions?I love the ability to do this but I am wondering if it is just time consuming and unnecessary, unless requested by a client.
Let me know what you think! I have posted a picture of the design for those that do not want to click the link for the interactive 3D design.
I am also looking for marketing advice for company, if anyone has any good advice or would be willing to connect with me, I would love to chat.

Aside from the cabinets and over the range, the layout on all of them looks the same. It really comes down to your client's style.

Hey everybody, I just wanted to drop this here to get opinions on the designs. These are designs for the same space and currently the house is roughed in for plumbing. I did these three different designs to show my client a few options they have.
Which one is your favorite?
To me I think the big square looking island with the diagonal corner cabinet makes the most sense. Not only do you gain extra storage but the island has enough seating around it to accommodate 4 people comfortably. I also think the island looks sleek and help’s functionality in the kitchen when moving around the island you aren’t hitting a corner.
I would probably pair the island with the more brown run of cabinet’s though instead.
Please me know your thoughts! I would love to hear them, I am always looking to improve and get others opinions!

I came to say what @Devin James said. You need to call up a bank or a local credit union and talk to a mortgage loan officer.
Your girlfriend's server income is qualifying income. The tips are tricky. But a loan officer will talk you through this.
Your 1099 income is also qualifying income. You didn't give much detail about your situation but if you have 2 years history in the same line of work, it wont matter that you've changed jobs.
Call an MLO, tell them everything, and see what they have to say.
(also... none of my business... but I don't think it's a good plan to buy a property with a girlfriend)

Your best bet would be to talk to a few mortgage brokers in your area. They will be able to give you the best insight on if/how you can qualify for a loan.
Good Luck!

Anyway, I was wondering if anybody has any advice as to how I can make this happen. I am being told by people that it is not possible and I won't be able to do it. I am just trying to simply ask how can I do it?
Thanks for any help in advance!

Quote from @Andrew Bosco:
Nicely said. I'm a fan of granite over quartz just for the reliability and durability. Granite shipping is no fun, but the heat resistance and heartiness make-up for it.
