Hi all!

I'm heading into 2021 having bought my first househack in the Boston metro area in September and am looking for a CPA referral to add to my team. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Having just gone through the section 8 process in Salem MA I would say it’s definitely worth exploring but don’t get your hopes up on the rent. The market rate for my unit was $1600/month but section 8 said the max they would allow would be $1400/month without utilities. My tenant only pays $116/month out of the $1400 so you could be making your tenant very happy if they qualify.
