If the information is not in the  list you cannot "Filter" it. You have to get it from another source. Either buy a different list with the information you want or look it up manually. In your area the information about whether a house is vacant may simply not be available.

If you have to go the manual route, this can be outsourced to an online virtual assistant. Places like Fiver, oDesk or Elance can do that sort of work.

Thank you for the response. The information is not in the list. However, I was looking to find that information and have it added in. I found out that there are phone number append services available. But, I could not find a vacant homes list to match mine against.

I suppose, as you said, I could hire a virtual assistant to do that work for me.

Good afternoon everyone.

I recently pulled a list of 30,000 absentee owners with high equity in my county and a couple of surrounding counties. I have these leads in an excel spreadsheet.

My questions are; First, how can I filter this list and find all of the vacancies (I don't mind paying)? Secondly, how can I filter this list and populate the phone numbers (once again, I don't mind paying)?
