I am working on my first BRRR and needed some advise from someone who has done it before. The house I just flipped is now ready to be rented out but I still need a refinance on it. Can I have a renter in the house before I get the refi? or do I need to get that first then find a renter?

Thank you. But where do I start learning how to run Facebook, Instagram, etc. ads? I can figure out what works and what doesn’t after I learn how to use them. I just have no idea where to even start.

I was wondering what was the best Real Estate/Business courses you could buy online were. I was looking for a more intermediate one, not like just starting out stuff. You see all kind of courses for sale but I want to know if y'all have ever taken a course through someone and enjoyed and got a lot out of it.

So you hear a lot of people say to pay yourself first, before paying the bills or anything else. How much does one pay themselves? What percent of income? I never really understood that saying.

Hey guys! Quick question, when you use a private lender for flips how do you usually pay them back? A percentage on their money or a percentage of the profit?
