Hello. There are so many routes to take with real estate investment. I have been looking at properties to buy and rent out to produce cash flow. How many of you all have taken this route as your first investment? How did it go?

Hello everyone,

I am Christina from SF/Bay Area. I am new to real estate and learning a lot about wholesaling. Once I start closing deals, my goal is to fix and flip, and then invest in commercial properties. I would love to meet up with others in the bay area who are a little bit more experienced than I am so that I can ask about your experience.
