@Ari Yenjai I am going to be in Dallas soon, too! There are so many friendly and experienced investors in the Dallas area that are always willing to give advice on BP.

Hey, everyone! The only reason I haven't started investing yet is because I am working as a writer in China. However, I am moving back to Dallas in June, and I want to start investing in single family properties when I get back. I am also planning a career change into property management when I get back. I am reading as many books and listening to all the BP podcasts to learn what I can before I move to Dallas.

I am very excited to connect with you guys, learn from you, and actively seek your knowledge.
