What kind of investing are you doing in Chilliwack? BRRR's?

Hi there, anyone out there read David Greene's "SOLD" book for new real estate agents, or agents wanting to grow their business? I'm a flipper and now recently licensed realtor in Vancouver, BC and found the book to be very helpful, straightforward and lots of useful examples. The book mentions a Book 2 & 3... though I'm wondering if this is already in the works, or published yet? Can't wait to read the next one. @David Greene ?
