Hi Aristotle,

Thanks for the reply. I am looking for certificate or education options to fulfill the education requirement so that I don't need two years experience as an agent (not the additional classes everyone including those with two years experience need to sit for the exam). Hence, looking for a certificate or option that would work on top of masters/bachelors I already have.

Thank you!

Christina

I have a Bachelors & Masters in Nursing & would like to obtain a brokers license via education. CA requires a major or minor in real estate to satisfy the education option to sit for the exam. Does anyone know of any certificate programs that are acceptable to fulfill this? I found one in LA but it requires in person classes, looking to complete the education without having to complete another degree. Any insight is appreciated!
