Hi! I'm wondering if anyone has purchase a non performing, residential mortgage note in the state of New Hampshire? I'm looking at the foreclosure stipulations via this LINK and it seems like it'd be a good state for note investing. Let me know what your experience has been! Any feedback is appreciated!
