Hi all, I've been investing (primarily in Sonoma County) for 10 years. I buy and hold for cash flow and also do rehabs. I have experience with SFR, MF, Commercial & mixed use. Occasionally, I wholesale and as of now, I do have a couple Single-Family contracts I'm finalizing and might be looking to wholesale 1 or 2 of them. Always a good thing to have excess deals in your pocket, so looking forward to using the forums and possibly advanced tools as a resource for finding cash buyers. Biggerpockets was introduced to me recently and it looks like a great resource. Time to explore...
