We differ from Costar since we update our information 2/wk and have partnerships with private data vendors vs using a call center to update/acquire info. 

Looking to get insight into experiences with House Canary. Has anyone used this tool before? Do you recommend it? If not, then what is your recommendation?

@Trevor Thompson hi Trevor, did you end up using House Canary? Wondering people’s experiences with it. If not then what did you end up using ?

@Nicholas Field in this home’s case, it was built in a lot without permits. Thus it was red tagged deeming it “possibly” unsafe/inhabitable

@Scott Krause what was your outcome for this property? I am in a similar situation with wanting to get a red tagged property to be compliant. 

this property is in the Bay Area so any advice would be appreciated.
